Percy's Good Meatballs - Perfect for the Christmas table

Recipe - Percy's Meatballs
Ingredients 1kg meatballs:
- 1 kg lean minced pork
- 100 g mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 large yellow onion (fried and sugared)
- 20 g barbecue seasoning
- 30 g of salt
- White pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp gluten-free soy
Do this:
- Mix the minced meat
Put the minced pork in a food processor and mix with salt and barbecue seasoning. - Add other ingredients
Add potatoes, fried yellow onion and egg. Blend until the batter is smooth. - Adjust the consistency
Add soy and possibly a couple of tablespoons of water to get a nice consistency. - Form the meatballs
Roll the meatballs by hand or use a piping bag, about 25 g per meatball. - Cook
Place the meatballs on a tray and bake in the oven at 90°C until the internal temperature reaches 72°C. - Freeze or fry
Let the meatballs cool and freeze, or fry them in butter for extra flavor.
