Malmö Arena Hotel is a family-owned and colorful event and business hotel, which offers 395 rooms at reasonable prices. Our fifteen conference rooms are directly connected to Malmö Arena. We are part of the global hotel chain Best Western, with a wide range of thousands of hotels worldwide.
On the entrance floor is our restaurant Nilssons Restaurang & Bar. Here, the focus is on the Nordic and local raw materials. Skybar @ Malmö Arena Hotel is on floor 16 and 85 meters above sea level. From our skybar you have a unique view of the Öresund Bridge and Malmö. The skybar's panoramic window provides a view in all directions.

Malmö Arena Hotel is located 300 meters from Malmö Hyllie Station, from where you can reach central Malmö in 3 minutes. The proximity to the airport means that many guests use us as an airport hotel. It takes 12 minutes by train to Copenhagen Airport and 25 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station. Malmö Airport – Sturup is 30 minutes away by car.
Hyllie is located midway between the Inner and Outer Ring Roads, which means you can easily get here by car. For our guests with cars, we can offer a garage space subject to availability upon check-in at the hotel, at an additional cost. There are also charging stations for electric cars. In addition, plenty of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

From 1/1 2025 we will increase the parking fee.
