Malmö Arena Hotel is one of the few conference facilities in Skåne where the meeting, accommodation and evening are all in the same building. With 395 hotel rooms, Nilssons Restaurant & Wine Bar and our sky bar on the 16th floor, your participants can go straight from the conference to dinner and then to the room – without transport, logistics or waiting times.
This makes us particularly popular for multi-day conferences, kick-offs and events with long-distance guests: international participants can reach us in 14 minutes by train from Copenhagen Airport, and Hyllie station is 300 meters from the entrance. Feel free to contact our meetings team, and we will put together a plan including venue, meals and accommodation.

How many people can your conference rooms accommodate?
We have 15 meeting rooms for anything from 2 to 12,000 participants. The smallest group rooms (Greenroom, Privaten and Boulevarden 1 & 2) accommodate 8–16 people, medium-sized rooms such as Boulevarden 3 can accommodate 80 people, and the hotel's largest room, Terrassen, at 385 m², can accommodate up to 360 guests.
Through our direct connection to Malmö Arena, we can also offer Palissad with space for up to 300 people and the Arena Room with space for up to 12,000 participants.
How much does a conference cost at your place?
Can we stay overnight during the conference?
Yes. Malmö Arena Hotel has 395 hotel rooms in the same building as the conference facilities, together with Nilssons Restaurant & Vinbar and our skybar on the 16th floor. This makes us particularly suitable for multi-day conferences and kick-offs where the meeting, dinner and accommodation are all under one roof.
How do we get to you?
The hotel is located at Hyllie Boulevard 12 in Malmö, 300 meters from Hyllie station. From Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) the train takes 14 minutes, from Triangeln 3 minutes, from Malmö C 7 minutes and from Copenhagen Central Station 29 minutes. Malmö Airport (Sturup) is 20 minutes away by car. For guests with cars there is a garage from 275 SEK per night (pre-booking 350 SEK) as well as electric car spaces, and buses can stop directly outside the entrance.
